Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 August 2026 · Australia

EOI Insights provides analytics based on publicly published SkillSelect Expression of Interest (EOI) statistics. It is not migration advice, legal advice, or a substitute for a registered migration agent.

The service

EOI Insights is a web analytics product for exploring Australian SkillSelect EOI statistics (queues, points bands, and related aggregates). Features, Free daily allowances, and Pro tools may change as we improve the product.

Accounts & access

Access may require email sign-in (a one-time code or similar verification sent to your email, and optionally sign-in with a third-party account provider where offered), a human-verification step, and a valid invite code when access controls are enabled. Sessions are browser-bound and expire after a period of inactivity (shorter on Free; longer on Pro). We may revoke access for abuse, chargebacks, or invite-code misuse.

Organisation invite codes may grant complimentary Pro for a fixed period and may limit how many distinct accounts can register under that code. Complimentary Pro is not a paid subscription and is not managed through the paid billing portal.

Subscriptions & complimentary Pro

Paid Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) that renews until you cancel. From the dashboard, Manage Account opens our payment provider’s customer portal so you can update payment methods, download invoices, or cancel at period end (access continues until the current period ends).

Complimentary / organisation Pro does not auto-renew and is not managed in the paid billing portal — access ends on the stated end date unless you subscribe or receive a new grant.

Fees & refunds

Display prices are in the currency shown at checkout (typically AUD). If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact [email protected] with your account email and invoice reference. Chargebacks may result in immediate access revocation.

Acceptable use

We may rate-limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Data & accuracy

Counts are of EOIs, not people. Exact figures match published totals where available; estimates for privacy-suppressed cells (<20) are labelled. Government source data can be revised. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the analytics.

Emails

We send transactional emails needed to sign in and operate your account. If we send organisational outreach, those messages include an unsubscribe link; unsubscribed, bounced, and complained addresses are suppressed from further formal outreach.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, we exclude warranties that the analytics are error-free or fit for a particular migration outcome. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of dashboard outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia will have jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights you have locally.
